MINDAI SPRING EQUINOX & NILE RETREAT
In the Footsteps of the Pharaohs
18 - 25 MARCH 2026
A Private Equinox Journey Into Ancient Wisdom Inner Intelligence
In Egypt, where the world’s most potent ancient energies still pulse beneath stone and sky, this MINDAI® retreat offers rare private access to sacred sites at a moment of extraordinary planetary alignment. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience MINDAI®Breathwork within the same chambers designed for initiation, coherence, and higher consciousness thousands of years ago.

Have you wondered what it feels like to stand inside sacred
temples at precise celestial moments? Can you imagine being granted private access to meditate inside the Great Pyramid during the spring equinox—where MINDAI® process helps you access the deepest layers of your Inner Intelligence? And what it is like to sail down the Nile, carried by the timeless river that shaped ancient civilization? This journey offers a rare opportunity to experience Egypt in its most intimate and awe-inspiring form. You will sail the eternal Nile, witness the equinox sunrise from a temple aligned to that exact cosmic event, and explore Egypt not as a tourist but as a seeker. This
private expedition is crafted entirely at your pace. It is not a commercial tour, but an authentic passage across a mystical land—entering hidden sanctuaries, secluded islands, and remote communities. Along the way, we engage in meaningful conversations on the nature of the mind, ancient Egyptian cosmology, and how resonance and vibration can open pathways to your own Inner Intelligence.

Witness breathtaking sunrises, magnificent sunsets, and the serenity of sailing over deep blue waters. Explore ancient temples and quarries, and immerse yourself in breathwork, meditation, and quantum-leap activations across a landscape that feels both magical and eternal. This is another extraordinary journey curated by Dr. Aimon and her team of facilitators—an invitation to enlightened self-rediscovery, where every moment becomes an adventure and every encounter feels authentically alive. Your expedition begins in the ancient city of Memphis—modern-day Cairo.
You will walk through the 3rd Dynasty Saqqara Necropolis, explore the storied Giza Plateau, and enter the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid on the equinox with private access. You will stand before the timeless Sphinx, witnessing its eternal gaze cast toward the Eastern horizon.
Cairo will delight you with its vibrant contrasts. In Giza, you will visit the most renowned essential-oil atelier preserving ancient Egyptian recipes, wander through bustling oriental and spice markets, and savor exceptional cuisine—from street food and homemade dishes to elegant fine-dining experiences.
After Cairo, your exploration continues as you fly to Luxor—Ancient Thebes—one of the greatest cities ever to rise on Earth. Here, monumental temples and colossal columns soar into the sky, built with a precision and purpose that still defy modern understanding. Standing among them invites a state of wonder that naturally opens the Exploratory Mind, the very essence of the MINDAI® approach. In Luxor, you will walk the Avenue of the Sphinxes, moving between two vast temple complexes along a sacred pathway once traveled by priests, initiates, and Pharaohs. This is more than a stroll through history—it is a contemplative journey into ancient intelligence, where architecture, alignment, and myth converge to activate deeper layers of perception and inner knowing.

Throughout your time in Luxor, you will engage in MINDAI® reflections and practices that help you sense the resonance of this ancient land and how its wisdom interacts with your own Inner Intelligence. The evening culminates in a private traditional Egyptian dinner at one of the city’s finest restaurants—an intimate moment to savor, reflect, and integrate the day’s insights.
From Luxor, you board a traditional vessel and begin sailing the Nile. Each sunrise over the water becomes a meditation, each curve of the river a gentle invitation inward. Arriving in Aswan feels like stepping into the silent center of an ancient mandala. And then comes Abu Simbel, one of the most extraordinary temples ever carved. As the journey carries you back toward Cairo, the river gathers your reflections along its flow. By the time you return to the city, you are no longer the same—Egypt has left its imprint on your soul, and something within you quietly begins to remember.

This is one of the most spectacular Temples along the Nile and for the majority of the temple the colors are still so vibrant and lively. The temple foundations were laid by Tuthmosis III of the 18th Dynasty, but Ptolemaic and Roman Emperors completed (40 to 250A.D), and their names are recorded all over the temple walls. The Temple is dedicated to the ram-headed god Khunum and his consort, the Nubian lion-headed goddess of Sekhmet.

It is one of the best preserved shrines in Egypt. The temple was built in the Ptolemaic Kingdom between 237 and 57 BC. The inscriptions on its walls provide important information on language, myth and religion during Hellenistic Period in Egypt. The Temple’s inscribed building texts “provide details of its construction, and also preserve information about the mythical interpretation of this and all other temples as the Island of Creation. There are also “important scenes and inscriptions of the sacred conflict between Horus and Set.”
Following the visit of Edfu, you will return to the Dahabyia for lunch.
Manifestation session with Loukia Papa
Dinner and sleep on-board the Dahabyia.

Day 6
MONDAY, March 23rd
Selsela Quarry and Temple
Selsela Temple
The Dahabyia will set sail again upstream to the iconic Selsela Temple and quarry, only accessible from the Nile and approached by small boats and floating vessels; your next destination is the least visited Gebel-al-Silsila archeological site. There in this section of the Nile, the mighty River narrows and the bedrock changes from the dominating limestone of the north to the Nubian Sandstone of the south. Ancient Egyptians called it “Khenu”, or the “place of rowing”.
The sandstone quarries of Gebel al-Selsela have been used from the Middle Kingdom (c.2034–1650 BC) until the 20th century. More than a hundred quarries were exploited to extract sandstone blocks necessary to construct many of the ancient Egyptian Temples across the country. Silsila is not only a quarry, in fact, it was also an important destination for ceremonies and rituals. Indeed, priests and worshippers performed ceremonies, made elaborate offerings, and participated in religious rituals to the gods here. Selsela served as a place of devotion to a diverse array of deities including Amun, Sobek, Habi and others- each deity represented different aspects of life and nature. Most of the monuments at Gebel el-Selsela site, mainly shrines, were cut directly into the cliff face, creating an awe-inspiring landscape. The biggest of these structures is the rock-cut temple of Hormoheb.

Day 7
TUESDAY, March 24th
Komombo Temple- Aswan
8:00 AM: Wake up at leisure and breakfast will be served on-board. We can have a morning swim for those who would like to enjoy swimming in the cool refreshing waters of the Mighty Nile River. The first Temple we meet after leaving Aswan is Komombo Temple which is quite unusual in many ways; it is an unusual double temple in the town of Kom Ombo in Upper Egypt. It was constructed during the Ptolemaic dynasty, 180–47 BC. Some additions to it were later made during the Roman period. The building is unique because its 'double' design meant that there were courts, halls, sanctuaries and rooms duplicated for two sets of gods. The southern half of the temple was dedicated to the crocodile god, Sobek, god of fertility and creator of the world with Hathor and Khonsu. While, the northern part of the temple was dedicated to the falcon god Horus. The temple is atypical because everything is perfectly symmetrical along the main axis.
1:00 PM: After lunch we checkout the boat.
2:00 PM Check-in hotel
6:00 PM: Special dinner on the island overlooking the Philae Temple.

Day 8
